90.5 WANM Needs Your Help To Give Back This Holiday Season

To the Tallahassee and surrounding communities:

Two recent tragedies hit home and WANM has selected the 2 families of these senseless crimes to help this holiday season.

We are asking you to help us collect items for these children of the victims in the recent double homicide of a Tallahassee couple and the three children of a former FAMU football player and Tallahassee taxi driver.

We need your help so that we can be of help of these families and we’re asking for your contributions of the following items:

  • For an 8yr old girl: Clothing size 12/14
  • For an 11yr old girl: Clothing: adult size 1, shoe size 5
  • For an 9 yr old boy: Clothing: Pants 10/12, children’s large shirt, shoe size 4

  • For an 8yr old boy: Clothing size 8/10 in pants, medium/large shirts
  • For an 10month old baby: Clothing size 12 months or 2T
  • For an 8yr old girl: Size 10/12, medium/large shirts
The station is also putting Thanksgiving baskets together for both families. Any canned goods or perishable items will be greatly appreciated. All items can be dropped off at the WANM studio located in the FAMU School Of Journalism building, Suite #3056
